What it Measures

This KPI summarizes the monthly count or percentage of inspections which needed work done, or required a work order issued, grouped by data area, inspector, and protocol.

When to Use it and Why

This KPI should be run weekly or monthly, and can be helpful in tracking how effectively the inspection and work order departments of your agency are interacting.

Current Refresh Frequency

Real time: The count/percentage of inspections with required work orders are updated in HIP constantly, so the most up-to-date information is always displayed.

Historical Archive Frequency

Monthly: The count/percentage of inspections with required work orders are created, or archived, at the end of the month; you can compare each month using the historical view.
